SysServe was founded and incorporated in 2011 by three entrepreneurs that were passionate about building and deploying innovative and useful technological solutions that deliver real value to clients.

A brief history

Our founders Jerry, Kazeem & Johnson, met while working on the Nigeria Customs Modernization Project. They started Sysserve as a side project, meeting on weekends and public holidays to build bespoke software and other technology solutions for businesses.

Years later, our products are trusted by top companies to help bring efficiency to their operations and increase the productivity of teams by enabling them easily track the location, maintenance and utilization of their assets. But it didnt happen overnight, Here is how we got to where we are today.

Launched

Developed and deployed bespoke software and implement network solutions for some clients.

2012
Product launch

Launched Sysdesk Journey manager, a tool built for security & escort companies to schedule, monitor and invoice trips

Team Expansion

Hired our first employee

2013
Product scaling

Sysdesk Journey Manager becomes Sysdesk Fleet Manager by adding new modules for fleet maintenance, fuelling, document renewal, lease management etc. Expanding the market to Car rental, logistics and haulage industry

New Product

Launched Sysdesk Facility Manager, a work planning, scheduling and monitoring tools for the facility management industry

2015
New product and integration

Added Sysdesk Asset and Inventory Manager to our product and integrated it to existing Sysdesk products. A tool that helps to track the procurement, location and utilization of assets, parts & consumables.

2016
Growth mode

Rebranded Sysdesk to Instanta to better reflect our value proposition.

Signed MOU with Teltonika to integrate and distribute their GPS tracking device in Nigeria.

2017
New product

We conceptualized and started development of Instanta WorkPlace to support medium to large organizations' employees in the optimal use of their facilities, fleet and other corporate resources.
