Navigating your workspace

Use the Instanta Facility sidebar to navigate your workspace:

Search Menu: search for a sub-menu item from the Instanta menu
Dashboard: interface to view metrics and analytics
Work request: view the list of submitted work requests
Work order: view the list of work orders
Pending PPM: view preventive maintenance that are due or closed to the due date
Payment requisition: view the list of submitted payment requests
Facility: view the list of facilities and other locations inside each facility
PPM settings: view preconfigured preventive maintenance settings for a facility or asset group
Bulk notification: interface to send bulk SMS or Email notification to facility users and system users
Facility reference: interface to configure location types, unit of measurements and other preferences
