| 1. Log on to Instanta, On the Inventory Management drop down click on “Item Adjustment”. |
| 2. Click the “NEW” link on the Item Adjustment listing to load the New Item Adjustment Form. |
| 3. Enter relevant details ( Select warehouse, Item, Adjustment quantity, Remarks). |
| 4. Click “Done” to create the create New Item Adjustment. |
NOTE: A new Item Adjustment created email is sent to the warehouse team.
