1. log on to Instanta Software.
2. Click on Maintenance, then click on Maintenance Job created.
3. Click on the “Edit” button, then click on Item Card to expand item card.
4. Click on the “Add” button, then fill in necessary information (Task, Maintenance Type, Item Type, Pick from warehouse, Quantity and Approved unit price).
5. Click the Add button after filling necessary information, then click on done to add items to warehouse.
Note: Adding warehouse items to Maintenance email notification is sent to the workshop officer.
