| 1. Log on to Instanta, On the Document Management drop down click on Vehicle Document to see Vehicle Document Listings. |
| 2. Check the checkbox on the Expired Document(s). |
| 3.Click the “Create Requisition” link at the top of the listing to load the pre-filled Document Requisition Form. |
| 4. Enter relevant details (Office, Vendor, Expected payment date). |
| 5. Attach file (If required). |
| 6. Click “Done” to create new vehicle document requisition. |
Note: A new document requisition created email notification is sent to the finance team.
