Creating Reservations

1. Log on to Instanta reservations mobile app
2. Click on “Create New” Icon at the bottom of the screen to load new reservations form
3. Enter relevant information (Office, Reservation type, Destination, Departure, Pick up date, Pick up time, No. of passengers)
4. Click “Submit” to create new reservation

NOTE: An approval required email is sent to the supervisor
