| 1. Log on to Instanta, On the journey click “Reservations” to load the reservation listings. |
| 2. Click “Edit” on the approved reservation to load the edit page. |
| 3. Select the vehicle and Driver available for the trip. |
| 4. Change the status from “Approved to Confirmed”. |
Note: Resources added to reservations email notifications is sent to the requester.
