| 1. Log on to Instanta, On the Document Management drop down click on Requisitions to see Document Requisition Listings. | 
| 2. Click “New” to load the New Requisition form. | 
| 3. Enter Relevant information (Vendor,Expected payment date, Status). | 
| 4. Click to Expand the Items Card. | 
| 5. Click “Import Items” to load the import Documents Page. | 
| 6.Select the file and then click “Upload” to load details on the file. | 
| 7. Click “Submit” to load the items onto the requisition. | 
| 8. Click “Done” to save and update changes to Document Requisition. | 
Note: A new document requisition created email notification is sent to the finance team.
