| 1. Log on to Instanta, on the Maintenance feature drop down click on Payment Requisitions. | 
| 2. Click “Edit” to edit the approved Payment Requisition. | 
| 3.Click “Expand” to expand the Payments Card. | 
| 4. Click ” + Add Payment” link to add payments. | 
| 5. On the Payments Card, enter all relevant details (Payment date, Payment method, Amount, Payment details). | 
| 6. Click “Add” to save changes. | 
| 7. Click Done to update/save payment details. | 
Note: Adding payments to maintenance requisition email notification is sent to the account team.
