1. Log on to Instanta Software.
2. Click on Maintenance drop-down arrow, then click on request to load all request.
3. Click on Request that was created to display all information, then click on the Edit button.
4. Click on the Inspection Card, then click on the edit button to fill in necessary information, then click on the “Done” button to update maintenance request.
Note: Updating Maintenance Request email notification is sent to the workshop officer
